Management of national and trans-national postings
  • preparation of the letter or notification for the employee;
  • preparation of the agreement, so-called Inter-company Agreement, between the two companies in case of employee secondment;
  • description of legal provisions and collective bargaining;
  • description and implementation of the legal obligations that the company must put in place;
  • requests for travel/travel certifications abroad in the EU, A1 and PD DA1 countries from INPS and INAIL and in non-affiliated EU countries;
  • management of the contributions and tax obligations of employees sent abroad to affiliated and non-affiliated countries;
  • management of the obligations related to transactional postings ex Legislative Decree 136/2016 for foreign companies that second one or more workers to Italy in favour of another company;
  • point of contact for foreign companies that second to Italy pursuant to Legislative Decree 136/2016.
