HR Virtual Breakfast: “Fringe benefits and welfare – changes in 2025” (19 March 2025 – Andrea Di Nino, Giorgia Tosoni)

On Wednesday 19 March 2025 HR Capital organised a new HR Breakfast.

Speakers Andrea Di Nino and Giorgia Tosoni, HR Capital’s Employment Consultants, will take stock of the recent changes introduced by the Budget Law 2025 and how they will affect fringe benefits and welfare regulations in use in companies.

• The main differences between fringe benefits and corporate welfare (fringe benefits and welfare services most commonly used in companies);
• The social security and tax treatment of cars granted in mixed use from 2025;
• the restrictions on children who are tax dependent and the confirmation on the exemption limits of fringe benefits;
• the amended Article 12 of the Tuir and the new group of family members who are recipients of the services offered in welfare plans;
• The new welfare for workers hired in 2025;
• the Revenue Agency’s recent intervention on the use of debit cards for the allocation of fringe benefits.
