Employee ledger

Employers, procurers, and intermediaries must print the Employee Ledger (LUL) referable to the previous pay period. The Employee Ledger may be electronically kept (provided that the local Labour Inspectorate is informed) as long as the employer’s time stamp and digital signature (or the latter’s consultant) are affixed.

Disabled report

Companies with 15 or more employees must provide the report on the mandatory hiring of disabled or those belonging to other protected categories.

Mandatory communication for employment agency workers

By 31 January 2022, companies that have used employment agency workers during 2021 must provide an annual compulsory report to the company trade union representatives (RSA) or unitary trade union representative body (RSU) or, failing that, the regional bodies of the trade union associations that are nationally comparatively more representative. The report must contain data relating to the employment agency contracts stipulated in 2021.

Thursday 20 January

Cometa fund

Employers in the industrial sector must pay the contribution for the fourth quarter 2021 for Cometa Fund member workers.
