SINGLE EMPLOYMENT LEDGER     

Employers, principals and intermediaries in charge of keeping the Single Employment Ledger must print it for the previous pay period.  

After notifying the Area Labour Inspectorate, the Single Employment Ledger may also be kept in electronic form, provided that a time stamp and digital signature are affixed by the employer or the appointed consultant.

UNA TANTUM – ONE-OFF PAYMENTS

Deadline to submit electronic application to INPS for the one-time grant of EUR 150.00 for freelancers, entertainment workers and seasonal workers.

AGENCY CONTRACT COMMISSIONS

Submission of commission account and settlement to agents and representatives of the previous quarter’s commissions.

COMPULSORY ANNUAL COMMUNICATION OF TEMPORARY WORKERS 

Companies that used, during the year 2022, workers on a staff leasing basis, must make an obligatory annual communication to the company trade union representatives (rappresentanze sindacali aziendali, RSA) or the unitary trade union representation (rappresentanza sindacale unitaria, RSU) or, failing that, to the regional trade bodies of the comparatively most representative trade union associations at the national level, with data on the staff leasing contracts concluded in 2022.
