  • contracts;
  • contractual and social security aspects of the agency relationship;
  • management of the relationship, from establishment to conduct and resolution of the report;
  • processing of ENASARCO commissions and social security data;
  • risk assessment and estimation of the allowances provided for in art. 1751 code civ. and severance ratio allowances (FIRR, supplementary customer allowances, meritocratic allowances, etc.) in compliance with collective economic agreements;
  • assistance and advice in case of administrative and judicial disputes with INPS and ENASARCO.
